    Hi there,

    when the option “Show results inline” is ticked “Yes” the instantly displayed result for each question is displayed twice. How could this be resolved?

    This issue is happening only on your website.

    It is working properly on our staging website,

    We had taken a look at the webpage source code of https://www.faszination-regenwald.de/spiele/quiz-pflanzenwelt/

    The HTML code for the quiz question and answer is wrong.

    There are duplicated codes.

    Please check whether it is a cache plugin’s cache issue.

    Please also to using WordPress default 2020 theme.

    Please also check for plugin conflict.To do this, disable all of the plugins at once and enable them one by one by checking which one is causing the conflict.

    Hi Kriti,

    Many thanks for your response. Your help is highly appreciated.

    Unfortunately, the problem is not resolved by the way you described above. First time the problem occurs was QSM update to version 7.1.6.

    However, no matter, I will deactivate “Show results inline”.

    Hi Kriti,

    Thank you very much.

    I have changed two options and now it works properly. The first option was setting “Limit number of Questions” to “0” and the second option was setting “Random Question” to “disabled”. Inline results will then be diplayed only once. I am wondering about this because until update 7.1.6 it works well without any problems.
