Problems with Slider Update

After recently updating our WP site (as well as the slider plugin), all of the site’s sliders went blank. Your suggested fix did not work for our site, so we reverted to a backup version of the site so as to re-establish compatibility with the old slider plugin. HOWEVER: now we are concerned about the safety of ever (in the future) being able to update the slider plugin.

Will you soon be able to confirm that an updated version of your plugin will work seamlessly? Would the premium version solve any of the problems many seem to be encountering?
