Problems with the 10 web Boost plugin

Dear support team, I have a problem with the Mende Nazer homepage in all languages. Due to the 10 Web Boost plugin, the home page is no longer displayed correctly. We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.To enable the test mode:
- Log in to your 10Web account
- Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
- To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
- In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
- Click on Enable to activate

we checked the website again but the problem is still not solved.
The German start page looks correct except for the menu. In the menu bar, however, everything should be in one line (as it was originally), and the sub-items of the sub-pages should also be displayed. When the plugin is active, you can no longer access the other start pages in other languages (English, French) via the menu bar on the german start page. You only get to the other start pages if you are on a subpage and then select another language, from there you can go to the start page in another languages. Enclosed I send you a video where you can see how it looks with the plugin and how it looks without. Can you give me a fixed time period when we should activate the test mode? We would then activate it for the specified time.
Unfortunately, the page is displayed incorrectly when the plugin is activated, which is why we had to deactivate it. For this reason we would only activate it for the time you’ll be working on it back into test mode.Dear @tacoffice ,
Thank you for the details.While Test Mode is enabled, there should not be any issues with the website and it should load unaffected. However, understanding your concerns we kindly ask you to enable it back.

we enabled the Test Mode of the plugin.Just for your information we’ve been working on the start page in all languages, so it looks a bit different. There is a new section called Slave: a question of freedom.

We have checked the website and all pages are displayed correctly. Can you give us detailed instructions on what you have done with the CSS Optimisation settings, as we also use the plugin on other websites and we have noticed that it is also starting to cause problems on these.Dear @tacoffice ,
