  • Hey @fahluk – Thanks for contacting us!

    The issue seems to be caused due to the page builder you’re using, and you’ll need to check the builder settings to fix the issue. In the meantime, you can use following CSS:

    div#wpforms-540 {
        max-width: 80% !important;
    }

    And in case it helps, here’s a tutorial on how to add custom CSS like this to your site.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey @fahluk – We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

    Hello @prashantrai

    no unfortunately this has brought nothing, we are still looking for a solution.
    We have noticed that since an update all our pages with the plugin wpforms are affected…

    Very sad but maybe we can find the error in some css class?

    Thank you

    Hey @fahluk – Thanks for following up on this ticket and I apologize that you’re still facing the issue!

    When you get a chance, can you please confirm if you were able to use the CSS I shared since that seems to be working on my end?

    Further, I see you observed the layout issue after an update. When you get a chance, can you please share the following details:

    • Plugin version that you were using prior to updating and the update that caused the issue.
    • Did you change the theme before or after the update?
    • Any other customizations on the website
    • Please let me know!
