Problems with the mobile app – plugin WooCommerce

Good evening, I’m having problems with online store order synchronization – I’m sending photos for errors – first, it can’t even find the woocommerce admin page and the woocommerce store and I can’t delete the store staging link.
Can you tell me what could be the reason for this ?
