problems with the plugin

    When entering the desktop of my site I get the following error:

    “Awesome Support: Custom Status requires Awesome Support to be active. Please activate the core plugin first.”

    Currently version 5.1.1 of the plugin is active, but it presents errors when trying to select the ticket creator or assign the support staff since these lists do not appear.

    Data of interest:

    Our server has version PHP 7.3 since it is not compatible with PHP 7.4
