Problems with the “SEND” button

Hello everyone. This is another request. The SECOND unsolved case!
I created a “Subscription” popup and wanted to subscribe to myself as a test, but I’m getting the error message: “Please wait…”
My website, https://grusel-horror-geschichten.ch, is running very stably, and all plugins and WordPress are up to date. Cookies and cache have also been cleared.

I solved the problem with the support of “ChatGPT”! … and it works perfectly!
The problem was that an attribute in the table: “WP_SGPB_SUBSCRIBERS” was missing. That’s why it worked for other websites.
Solution:
ALTER TABLE wp_sgpb_subscribers
ADD unsubscribe_token varchar(255) NOT NULL;Thanks for your support and it would definitely be another bug if the table structures of the tables were checked.
