    Hi.

There’s a problem with the unit selection for the selected product, as well as with the unit increments. As you can see in this video, https://petitsanimals.com/video.mp4, a product with 8 units is selected, and the unit increments are also 8. But when I click the plus sign, instead of adding 8 units, it adds 1 unit at a time. And then, if I select the product option with four, five, or two units, it still shows 8 units in the unit selector. This URL is for the page shown in the video: https://petitsanimals.com/producto/advance-cat-adult-sterilized-sensitive-salmon-1-5kg-3kg-10kg/. This happens with any product, though.

We don’t know what could have happened because we haven’t touched any of the plugin settings in a long time. The plugin is updated to version 5.2.3, and all the other plugins we use are also up to date.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message

Please configure the quantity settings as follows:1. Set the main quantity values

    Make sure these values match:

    • Minimum quantity: 8
    • Default quantity: 8
    • Step quantity: 8

This will allow quantities like 8, 16, 24, 32.2. Variation behavior

    Go to:
WooCommerce → Settings → Product Quantity → General

    Set:

    • On variation change = Reset to default quantity
      or
    • On variation change = Reset to min quantity

    3. Different step for each variation (optional)

If you want each variation to have its own step:

    1. Go to
WooCommerce → Settings → Product Quantity → Quantity Step
    2. Enable Per product
    3. Edit the product

You will then see a Product Quantity box on the product edit page where you can set Min / Default / Step for each variation individually.

For reference, we’ve included screenshots of the correct configuration here:

Please follow these steps and let us know if you need any further help.

First of all, thank you very much for your attention and response.

    • The plugin’s general configuration was set up a couple of years ago; we haven’t changed anything since then, and it has always worked perfectly.
    • The general configuration you mentioned is for the example product I gave you, which specifies 8 units, but that’s not sufficient because the problem occurs with all our products, and each product has a different number of units and variations.
    • Similarly, each product has its own quantity and increment settings, which we also haven’t changed since the products were created.

That’s why we’re concerned about this problem; it seems something isn’t working correctly, and we don’t know why. If you’d like, we can give you access to the administration panel so you can check it yourselves.

Yes, of course, but from what I see I already wrote a review titled “The best plugin for product quantity”, so I don’t think I can add any more, right?

Thank you very much for your work.
