Hi, JP!
Please help me to understand why in some pages of my web-site twitter-count not works.
It do not show me a “0” – any numbers is absent.

But this pages have about 20-25 reposts! (For example: http://rockhit.ru/kak-gruppa-ac-dc-poteryala-chetyreh-uchastnikov/ – https://twitter.com/paopao20172/status/784761607457046529 ).
Enabling/disabling Shariff do not help. Statuses of counts is OK.

And problem is not in cache – i see the same data using different browsers.

P.S.: last week i see that number on all counts is not updated untill i disable/enable Shariff.

What do you think about it?

With which service did you register? OpenShareCount or NewSharCount?

Well, OpenShareCount does not report any shares: http://opensharecount.com/count.json?url=http://rockhit.ru/kak-gruppa-ac-dc-poteryala-chetyreh-uchastnikov/

So this might be a problem of OpenShareCount, but nothing we can solve. If OSC reports 0, Shariff shows 0. Shariff simply requests counts from OSC. So you might need to contact the support of OSC, why they are reporting 0 for the mentioned URL.

Sorry for the sad answer, but Shariff simply request the share counts and does not fetch any itself.
