Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin.
The Google extension is only for one of the premium versions of our plugin. The free version has this Google extension build in, so you can forget that part of the video.
As for the feed that never completes the process. Could you please have a look at this list: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-17
The list is pretty comprehensive, but usually the first steps solve the issue.

I carried out all the steps several times, but the problem was only partially resolved. Now you can create the feed, but the lower part does not show all the settings.
If I exit and try to reenter the list, the infinitely rotating wheel appears.

Also, could you explain a bit more what you mean with “but the lower part does not show all the settings”? Do you mean the lower part of the Edit Feed form? Could you maybe send me a screenshot of that part? You also mentioned reentering the list, so it’s also possible you meant the list not showing the lower part?
