Problems with WordPress-Fanpage connection

Hello,

I am updating the settings for sharing the new posts. I do it via Jetpack, I connect with the fanpage and save. Apparently everything is going well but when I push New Post, the old connections continue running and WordPress ask me to update them again.

The plugin is updated, but it doesn’t save the settings, what can it happen? How can I permanently remove old connections and have the new ones recorded?

First, please update to Jetpack 7.7.2, then fully reconnect Facebook following this guide: https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#reconnecting-facebook

Hello again James and rest of the world,

I’ve follow all the steps in order to disconnect the existing links, but the solution doesn’t work. In Jetpack/sharing nothing appears but in New Post all the connections persist 🙁

I’m totally frustrated,

Are you currently logged in as an Admin on all of those Facebook accounts, and are any of them managed through Facebook Business Manager?

Yes, all the connection as Admin and I only use Facebook Business Manager for one of the fanpage that appears in WordPress: Lucía Montero. I’ve tried and tried to remove because I don’t know how it appears on it and i need to remove it because the right fanpage is Centru Asturianu

Ok, please note that due to limitations in Facebook’s API, we cannot connect to any pages managed by Facebook Business Manager: https://jetpack.com/support/publicize/facebook/#connect-facebook

For the rest though, this is very odd.

Hello James,

With my own WordPress (luciamonterorodriguez.com) i have the connection estableshied with no problem, but I need to remove it from astursevila.es and even i follow the rigt steps as you can see in the screenshots, nothing matters on WordPress.

Please open a support ticket using the link James gave above so our team can take a look. If needed, we can manually delete Facebook connection from our end, but we’ll need to verify we’re dealing with the owner of the WordPress.com account that owns the connection and we cannot do that here.
