Problems with wp admin bar and design

When I activate the theme and view my site on mobile, it breaks the WordPress admin bar and pushes it down from the top of the page. I hope you will be able to fix this asap.

The pop-up /advert for the plugin that distrupts the customizer is very annoying to say the least.

But most if all I expected blue, nice looking theme that I could start using right away, but it doesnt look even close to the screenshot? Its not even the same colors, it just looks like a semi broken parent theme in grey colors.
