Problems with Yoast SEO

    Hello,

    I have installed yoast SEO after Rank Math SEO.

    I wanted to activate Yoast SEO to replace Rank Math SEO => It failed and for the “first initilization step” I add a “blank” page locked without any way to unlock this.

    I want to uninstall yoast SEO to keep reuse Rank Math SEO, but it seems that not all is deleted.

    1/ The plugin is totally deleted in the directory, but I don’t know how to be sure database is deleted and how to do that ? Is it possible directly from wordpress admin space ?

    2/ Can you explain also why “yoast SEO” cannot be installed ans used after the Rank Math SEO has been used ?

    I don’t know how un the 2 cases to be clean on my site.

    Thanks for reaching out. I’ve addressed your concerns below:

    1/ The plugin is totally deleted in the directory, but I don’t know how to be sure database is deleted and how to do that ? Is it possible directly from wordpress admin space ?

    You may have to speak with RankMath about completely removing the plugin. Your web hosting provider can check the database for tables specific to that plugin

    2/ Can you explain also why “yoast SEO” cannot be installed ans used after the Rank Math SEO has been used ?

    Is there an error you get when you install Yoast SEO? Please provide us with screenshots that highlight the issue you are experiencing. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

    For the first point my question is about Yoast SEO tables & plugin and not RankMath…

    If you want to remove all traces of our plugins, you’ll need to follow this guide. If you are not sure how to remove these terms, we suggest contacting your web hosting provider for more information.

    Hi,

    I followed the guide before creating this post => it do not help me.

    The problem persists.

    The hosting provider don’t help me as it only gives a server and I manage all since wordpress installation on it.
