Problems with Fields

Hi,

I am currently experience serious problems with this plugin both in the Shipping and Billing tabs. I can´t change the order of the checkout fields, if I do it, everything is a mess and the fields apeears in an order that I do not want.
Besides, the Company name field always appears in the Checkout process, even If I delete it.
Also, If I delete some field, for example a field in the position 4, then the fields below the number four field are deleted as well.
Is anybody experiencing this issues?
Could the developer please have a look to it? It is costing sales.
