• This plug-in messed up my site. I have it back up and working but in order to translate using WPML I have to go through inconvenient hoops. Basically I followed the instructions and made a back-up of the db before starting (using the built in tool). Afterwards I made a spieling correction that had been repeated on many of my products. This threw and error but the correction was made. The only problem was that I could no longer get to the product edit page. After much ado I tried to restore the db using the backup this plugin had created, but that also threw an error. It restored the typos, but I still could not get into my product edit page. According to the developer it is not the plug in that caused this, though it obviously is. Th problem has not been resolved and my workaround is to de-activate WPML before I do any updates (I then can get into the edit mode), after which I re-activate in order to get into the translation mode. Workable but a pain in the butt. So, make sure you make a ‘proper’ back-up of the entire site and do a couple of back-ups of the db.
