Process Confusion!

    Hi. I’m hoping someone can help me. I don’t get the process with the PayPal subscription.

    I don’t have free registrations set on the site, paid member only. Someone signs up, goes through the Papal process. They are returned to a member page where they can set up their details. Once set up they get an email confirming their username and password.

    However if they miss this signup page then they have no way of knowing how to set up an account. Isn’t an email with a link to the login page + instructions supposed to be sent following Paypal payment?

    The other emails are being sent OK. (Using SMTP plugin).
