Process payment without the address

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    When a customer settles a payment, all fields Address, City, State, Zip and Country are required. As my product is intangible, how can I allow my customer to skip all these fields when processing a payment?

    Hello.

    Unfortunately, those fields are set by each particular payment gateway and they can’t be skipped.

    Dear MariaKravchenko,

    Thanks for your reply, I may not agree with that set for each particular payment gateway. I try a different kind of online billing system but not necessary to fill all fields to complete the payment. Or they handle the empty fields with some default content so the customer doesn’t need to fill.

    Dear, Kelvin.

    I just wanted to say, that Payment Gateway which we are supporting set up rules which fields should be filled, not our plugin. Even somewhere else that could be skipped, our plugin does not have such option.
