Process Steps widget: disable all animations

    Hi wordpress fans,
    I am trying to disable all animation of the “Process Steps” Widget. I neither want the initial build up ainimation, nor the mouse-over fade animation for the description. My goal is to have all info visible immedialty.

    Does someone have an idea how to achieve this?
