confused with this. feed ‘seems’ to be working properly. merchant centre finds it, downloads it every day and shows products, but always as ‘pending’ that never changes, weeks go by. Under feed properties in google merchant centre for the feed it says ‘Processing:check_circle Done (33 items counted, 33 items with issues)’ but no explanation what the issues are.

under diagnostic in google merchant centre all tabs are blank. so is the feed working or not if not why not? Confused as it does show products and they look ok, just pending, forever

That does sound strange indeed, not something we have ever seen before for the > 600 merchant centers we manage.

Would you mind sharing the feed URL with us so we can have a look at your feed? My guess is that nothing is wrong with your feed but it would be nice if we can confirm.

sure, it’s driving me nuts, assume ive something wrong someplace for it to be forever pending

Hi,

Thanks for sending over the feed URL.

I uploaded in our test merchant center to see what feedback I got.

All I got are errors that there are no shipping costs and tax information in the feed. Which could make perfect sense as most users configure those in Google’s merchant center directly and not in the feed.

Hence, I believe your feed is fine when you add shipping costs and tax settings in your Google merchant center (if you did not do already). When the issue persists I suggest you reach out to Google’s support about the “pending” message.

does it not pull the shipping costs from the feed, or set up the feed to provide it?
