The site is behind a password protected folder at the moment so Im not sure if this is related. Here is a link to a grab of the error https://imgur.com/a/Qjn7uxh

    Hi @greenvalleyind,

What version are you currently using?
Could you try these steps: https://www.wpmarketingrobot.com/support/faq/#toggle-id-16

Thanks for the reply Michel. I will try all of these things and get back to you. I had Disable background processing switched off I know. Also one thing I’m not sure about (maybe the info is somewhere, but I couldn’t find in the settings) is how does it connect to the merchant feed account? Do I add the url to my admin on googles side? If so then why is there an upload schedule in your admin?

Looks like a great product, look forward to hearing from you. Thanks in advance!

ah, forgot to say. now the error is gone, but it is now stuck in processing queue for last 18 hours.

The feed being stuck in the processing queue is related to the first error you mentioned, so just try to proceed through the steps in the FAQ one-by-one and that usually solves the issue.

As for your question about the connection to your merchant feed account; you should copy the url in the feed list and provide that to your merchant account at Google. Once Google has the url, it will regularly recheck the url and fetch the latest product information from it. The update schedule in our plugin can be used to automatically update the feed from your shops data. So you can use the update schedule to update your feed lets say once or twice a day and once Google comes by to check the feed again, it get the feed with the latest changes.

But do remember that in order for the automatic feed update to work, you should set the feed to “auto-on” in the feed list.

hi there Michel, thanks for the message.. sorry not had a chance to look at this yet. I am using product variations on some products and I know this isn’t available in the free version. I’m wondering..would this generate the errors? Regards, Pete

Product variations are not available in the free version, but it should not generate any errors or break the feed process. Of the products with variations only the data of the main product will be included in the feed.

Let me know when you’ve have time to check it out.
