Processing form data

Hey all,

I’m trying to create a form for my site that users can fill out and based on their responses they will be directed to a page. It will be a simple form with about 9 questions that are rated 0-3. The totals need to be tallied and then the user will fall into 1 of three groups. I’d like to make a confirmation page for each of the groups.

I have played around with a couple of form plugins, all which seem to do a good job of creating a form but don’t get me where I want to go. I’m a complete noob and am willing to do the legwork on learning on figuring this out (if needed) but I want to make sure I’m heading in the right direction first.
