Processing instead Complete (in a virtual product)

We are trying to sell a virtual product, but it is allways moving to processing (I have alreade checked, it is a virtual product)

By default, only Virtual + Downloadable product orders move to Completed automatically.

In order to enable this for all orders, you’d want to try this custom code: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/

Alternatively, you can try this extension which gives you the ability to specifically change order status depending on the product type you select: WooCommerce Order Status Control.

using that code the product has to be virtual AND downloadable too?

If you’re not using the code snippet, you’d want the product to be virtual + downloadable.

If you’re using the code snippet, all orders will be completed. Even those orders that contain Physical products.

I cannot speak for the other third-party extensions used for the purpose as this forum is specific to WooCommerce plugin. If you’re having trouble using those extensions, please reach out to the plugin devs directly.
