    Hi Christian!

    Glad you reached out to us about this.

    I tested this on my website and it is a bit different: I put an order with a payment option that needs clearing (Direct bank payment). On these cases, the website admin needs to set the order to Processing after receiving and confirming the user’s payment.

    After I did that, the processing order email was sent properly.

    Just so I have more information on the process of your orders, could you tell me if you are using a different payment option? Do you also need to manually set the order’s option to Processing status?
