Processor Network Unavailable

    Hi, customers are unable to pay. The order notes says:

    Braintree (Credit Card) Payment Failed (Status code failed: Processor Network Unavailable – Try Again Transaction ID xxxxxxxx)

    Please assist ASAP.

    .Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway Version 3.2.5

    When I log into Braintree it says this:

    We are aware of an incident impacting Braintree traffic to PayPal due to external processor errors. Australia and New Zealand are impacted, technical teams are engaged investigating the issue.

    Hi @tictubso,

    It seems that the issue you’re facing is coming from Braintree’s side, not the plugin, as the error message says “Processor Network Unavailable,” and you also received a notice about this on your dashboard.

    I recommend reaching out to Braintree support for assistance and to get an update on the issue.
