Hi @hong19
It’s possible that the Pinterest for WooCommerce plugin is only recognizing the parent product and not the variations. Each variation needs to have a unique SKU, price, and image for Pinterest to recognize it as a separate product. If they don’t, Pinterest may consider them as duplicates and only include the parent product in the catalog. Please ensure that each variation has these unique attributes.
As for the issue of the missing condition of the item, it might be a data syncing issue. Even though you’ve set the condition as ‘NEW’, it might not be reflecting on Pinterest. You may want to try updating the condition of these five products manually on Pinterest to see if this resolves the issue.
I understand that you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps, but let’s try a slightly different approach:
- Go to the Settings tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”.
- Disable “Enable product sync”.
- Enable “Erase Plugin Data” and Save.
- Go to Connection tab on “Marketing > Pinterest”.
- Disconnect your account by clicking on “Disconnect”.
- Clear your website and WooCommerce (WooCommerce → Status → Tools > Clear WooCommerce transients, Expired transients and Clear template cache) cache.
- Deactivate and uninstall “Pinterest for WooCommerce”.
- Install again “Pinterest for WooCommerce”.
- Restart the Pinterest onboarding.
- Wait 24 hours until Pinterest approves the catalog.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Pinterest’s support as well to see if they can provide any insight.
Please let us know how it goes or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.
Thanks!

Yes, it might be a good idea to contact Pinterest’s support team next. They have a more extensive understanding of their platform and should be able to provide additional insight into your problem.
However, if you have any more questions or if there’s anything else you need assistance with in the future, don’t hesitate to ask.
