I use variable products,
I don’t understand from your description what is the problem you are having, you would need to give more details.
Please also check the docs on github wiki.
When you create the variations with attributes the save the product then the translated variations are also added to the translated product.
Problems used to occur when the attributes were not translated: if the attributes are configured for translation but not translated this is a problem but recent versions fill in the translation automatically so this is not normally a problem

Thank you for the fast responce @jonmoore.
I fixed that with the varietions, the problem now is that i cant see the language switcher in the original product.
I can see it only in the translated product.

This plugin doesn’t affect the language switcher.
The linking for products is the same as for Polylang translated posts and pages, so recheck your translations are linked and you aren’t seeing cached pages etc
One small possibility- go to settings, Permalinks, make sure you have a product permalink and save it.
