product catagory broken

The new update is ok except one issue with my shop and category pages and I can’t seem to fix it.
It’s adding an extra pages menu and a second sorting menu that’s throwing the first row of product listings off.
How can I get rid of that menu line and second drop-down menu so the layout is right again?
Take a look. Maybe I’m missing something?
