Product catalog create error

    Hi!
    I cant CREATE THE PRODUCT CATALOG! Pixel Caffeine page said “Please add a Business Manager account”
    How do I do that? There are several accounts on Facebook and I have admin rights everywhere. Why doesn’t he let me make a catalogy? Can anyone help?
