It could be a Javascript conflict. Please share the page link so we can check the browser console and source code.
Thanks
I use it on localhost. Here are 2 pictures of the object inspector. On the second picture the inspector changes color to grey

Please check the Console tab any error or warning. It could also be a CSS conflict that will not show up in the console. To test it thoroughly, we need to check a Live URL.
These are the errors that appear in my console.

What is the PHP version on your local server?
Also, can try the following steps to isolate the issue?
1. Switch to a different theme and see if that fixes the issue.
2. Deactivate the plugins one by one and test after each to see if that fixes the issue
Thanks
My PHP version is 7.3.10
When i switched theme the plugin worked. I guess it has something to do with the theme pages?

Yes, sounds like a conflict with the theme. Which theme is it? We can try duplicating the issue on our end.
Thanks
It’s OceanWP Version: 1.7.2. I can’t figure out now what do i have to change in the customize section
We will check with the theme and see if we can find and fix the issue. Please allow us some time.
Thanks
I am waiting for your reply. Thank you very much!
I finally found the issue. I changed the language on the category section to English and it worked fine. Can you support more languages on this plugin?

Oh. What language was it originally? We will check it out.
My initial language was Greek. I would be very appreciated if you could add it on this plugin.
Apologies for the late reply because of all the corona virus situation.
Can you confirm from where the Greek language is set? Are you using WPML or any other plugin or the WP language setting? Please share a screenshot.
Thanks
