Product Category Problem

    I am using the Resi Pro Theme and the Woocommerce plugin. When I use the product filter plugin in the Shop page I get the filtered products but when I go into the theme product category page it always displays all my products regardless of the filtered product term.

    Hi there,

    To clarify, when you say “the theme product category page”, was “theme” the name of one of your product categories? Or are you referring to a special category page added by your theme?

    If you were referring to the former, please send the URL to the category page you are asking about. Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply. Please note that since this is a public forum, you may want to remove any sensitive information that you don’t want shared publicly.
