    Woocommerce (v3.3.5)

    I have a page displaying four columns of products and the corresponding image for each product is 240×160 for uniformity across the product range.

    If you navigate to the above website link you will see the left hand column is displaying slightly lower than the three columns to the right, it doesn’t matter how many columns I have on the page, the left most column always displays lower than the columns to the right of it.

    You can see what I mean on these three product pages too:

    http://www.primeresidential.org.uk/extras-crown-estate/
    http://www.primeresidential.org.uk/extras-st-georges-hill/
    http://www.primeresidential.org.uk/extras-wentworth-estate/

    Do you know why the left-hand columns is always displaying slightly lower down than the other columns and how I might be to fix it so all the columns display in a neat line across the page.

    Any help, suggestions or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,
    Wayne

    Hey Wayne,

    How odd!

    My first thought is that this is a theme display problem. Are you able to switch themes to our Storefront theme or the default Twenty Seventeen theme?
    I recommend doing this on a staging or test copy of your site first.

    If you cannot replicate the issue with another theme, you know the cause of the display issue.

    I would also check to make sure your theme is up to date – do you know when this started happening? Did it coincide with an update to the core WooCommerce plugin? If so, what version of WooCommerce were you previously?

    Thanks,

    Hello dougaitken,
    Thank you for replying to my support request and for trying to help me with this.

    I also posted a similar question in the support forums of my theme provider before I posted in here, and they replied today to my query, suggesting I include the following piece of code in Appearance > Customisation > Additional CSS

    #main-area .product.first {
    padding-top: 0 !important;
    }

    And to be joy it worked perfectly, now all the columns line up as you would expect them to.

    I thought it would be worth posting the results in this forum in case any other reader comes across as similar issue, and also so you know how I fixed it.

    Thanks again for your help, I greatly appreciate you taking the time to reply to my support query.

    Kind Regards,
    Wayne
