I’m not sure if I understand what you mean.
Incorrect GTIN, MPN and Brands should not occur when your products data is correct. Are you saying that you get data in your feed that is different from the product data?
And you also want to exclude specific product from the feed, based on keywords in the products description?

The free version does not include the option to filter out specific products. The Premium version do.
If you own a Premium version of the plugin, you could use the (edit) link at the end of the “All products from the selected Shop Categories will be included in the feed” text (just below the Category Mapping table) to filter out specific products.
