    It’s possibly caused by this if you updated to WordPress 5.5

    Deprecated theme and plugin Java Script is causing the issue. Installing the official WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin restores functionality.

    I saw that one, That did not fix the issue.

    I did the whole “Deactivate your plugins 1-by-1 and it turns out to be something with the
    Cmssuperheroes plugin.

    It’s an add-on for Visual Composer, so on deactivation, it screws up the entire site, but allows me to select product options again.

    Same problem here. I deactivated everything but Woocommerce and the official WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. No use.
    I have updated EVERY update too. Cleared cache. Tried with a new product.
