Product description

The plugin exports the data as it’s stored in your database, so the product description should appear the same way you see it on the product edit screen. It’s included under the post_content column, and each product is exported in its own row.

To assist you better, could you kindly share a sample of the exported file where this happens? You can upload it to a secure file-sharing service and post the link here. Just be sure to remove any sensitive info before sharing.

Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that the export may not have been generated using our plugin. The column headers shown do not match the default export format of our plugin. Could you please confirm whether the export was done using our plugin?

If not, we recommend trying the export again using our plugin to verify the result. This will help ensure the structure and content are handled as intended.

Also, instead of screenshots, it would be even more helpful if you could share the actual CSV file. Please ensure that you remove any sensitive information before sharing. You can upload it to a secure file-sharing service like Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link here.
