Here is my sample catalog:

When I click on my product, only 4 lines of my product description are showing but I have several more lines. Is this because I am using the free version of the plugin? Do more lines show up? Also, I wanted to put more pictures in the description on the product page, but it’s not letting me. I think I read that was a pro version, correct?

Hi Reliable,

For the truncation, try adding this to the “Custom CSS” box:

.prod-cat-addt-details-desc-div {max-height:none;}

For the pictures, how are you trying to add them?

The place where I’m having trouble is the Product page. That information is cut off. There is no custom css box in the product area. Here’s an example of the truncated product detail:

Hi Reliable,

There’s a box on the “Catalogue Details” page, in the back-end after you click on your catalogue from the catalogue list. You can add the custom styles above to your catalogue there, to get rid of the max-height of the product description area.
