Product export/ Import error

I have to migrate a woocommerce store to another theme. Both the themes are using WPML. When I try to export the products (using the free version), it shows success, but when I try to import, images are not showing, and the one that are showing are showing only the main image, not the product gallery images.

Please suggest the solution

the following error shows up: Error getting remote image https://Domain…./wpb/wp-content/uploads/nc/p/3/0/4/5/3045.jpg. Error: Forbidden

I am using WPML for multilanguage. There are two languages Eng & Fr

Thank you for sharing the files.

We tested the import on our end, and both the main product images and gallery images were successfully imported. We weren’t able to reproduce the issue you’re facing.

To help us assist you better, could you please share a smaller sample file with just a few products where the gallery images are not importing correctly? That would help us investigate the issue more effectively.
