Product feed desperately empty

Hey there,

I’ve been trying for weeks now to have your plugin produce a product feed but it’s always coming back empty.

I checked all your forums, reactivated cron, even though I don’t want to. Followed all processes but no luck.

I’d be happy to pay for your elite version, if it was working, but I’m really close to just give up and try other plugin.

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an empty feed.

Just double-checking here: did you check all possible configuration issues that could cause an empty feed? We have listed them in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Could you go through those possible reasons and see if any apply to your configuration?

Hi there,

thanks for your answer. I just tried to create a Google Shopping Feed and that seems to work. What doesn’t is the creation of a Google Local Product inventory.

The file is always empty, containing only:
id,store code,quantity,price

I followed all recommendation from here:

Did you add a pipe (|) behind the static store code you added?
