Product Feed XML Not Generating

    Hello, I have successfully installed WP-PRODUCT-FEED-MANAGER.1.7.4 and selected the products I would like included in the Google Feed. When I hit “save & generate”, 0 Products show up in the feeds list AND the XML file is 404 NOT FOUND. I followed the YouTube tutorial on configuring the feed – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VDcyo9ifdmk

    My Site is using SSL, (https://betterparts.biz)

    I am not seeing any error messages – just no XML file is being generated and 0 products show up in the feed list. What am I missing?

    Hey @kd8los,

    Sorry to hear you have trouble setting the feed up.
    COuld you first try and disable the plugin and see if restarting the plugin helps the issue. Maybe even reinstalling could help.

    Create a feed with one small category and see if that is helping.

    I have fixed the problem – it was related to the system permissions. The plugin actually has to be able to write the XML file in /wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds. It was a permissions issue on my end – I had to do chmod -R 777 /wp-content/uploads/wppfm-feeds – and the file populated no problem.
