Can you perform this simple test: deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce & Advanced Product Fields. Then see if the issue is still there. If the issue is not there anymore, you know another plugin is the cause.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I keep as suggested the following plugins but the issue is still there:
1- WooCommerce
2- Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce
Can the reason be that the website is not HTTPS?
Please let me know if there is any other solution to try.

I’ll need some more information so I can replicate this issue on our test site. Can you help me recreate your steps?
1) you make a group via WooCommerce > Product Fields
2) You add a field. Can you tell me which field and what options you set?
3) Then you duplicate the field. Is that when the error happens?

1) Yes. That’s correct
2) “Add new”
Fields (7 fields)
Example with “Color” field below:
a. Type = “Select”
b. Label = “Color”
c. Instructions = empty
d. Required = Yes
e. Options = Option label “Black” // Adjust pricing “no price change” // Pricing amount “O” // Selected (unselected)
f. Repeat field (pro only) = unselected
g. Conditionals = not used
h. Wrapper attributes = not used
Conditions
“Product” – “is equal to” – “product name”
Layout
Label Position = Above the field
Instructions Position = Below the label
Mark required = unselected
Change product image (Pro only) = unselected
3) duplication works. However when I try to open the new field it is openings but keep loading indefinitely

2) Add 1 new field. Don’t change any of the settings.
3) Save the field group
4) duplicate it

I did the test below as requested:

Duplicated field open now without error! After the success of the testing, I assume the issue should come from 3 different source:
1. One or several fields
2. Conditions
3. Layout
Do you suggest running a test by adding 1 field, 2 fields, 3 fields… until I see which one is creating the bug OR do you have any idea about the field, condition or layout which is the source of the bug?

Yes please, recreate the field group step by step so we can isolate which field is giving the issue. The post screenshots of all the field’s settings so I can replicate on my end :-).

I found the issue!
Process to reproduce the issue:
#1. CREATE “SIZE” FIELD with setup below
– TYPE = “Select”
– LABEL = “Size”
– INSTRUCTIONS = empty
– REQUIRED = “YES”
– OPTIONS = “Custom”; “XS”; “S”; “M”; “L”; “XL”; “XXL”; “3XL”; “4XL”;
– REPEAT FIELD (PRO) = “NO”
– CONDITIONALS = empty
– WRAPPER ATTRIBUTES = width “100%”; Class (empty)
#2. CREATE “LENGTH” FIELD with setup below
– TYPE = “Select”
– LABEL = “Length”
– INSTRUCTIONS = empty
– REQUIRED = “YES”
– OPTIONS = “30”; “31”; “32”…….”70″
– REPEAT FIELD (PRO) = “NO”
– CONDITIONALS = “SIZE” ==> “VALUE IS EQUAL TO” ==> “CUSTOM”
– WRAPPER ATTRIBUTES = width “100%”; Class (empty)`
When I add the “CONDITIONALS” field details in #2 and save the changes, I can still duplicate the field group. However the new field group copied does not open.
When I delete the “CONDITIONALS” field details in #2 and save the changes and duplicate the same field group, the new field group copied open.
Please run the test and let me know why “CONDITIONALS” details is preventing me to duplicate the field group.
