Product filter doesn’t work

    Hello,
    i have already created all the filter ex: by color,by size, by category etc..
    The problem I have, is that the filter doesn’t show up, there is only a black dot as you can see by the link.
    I have copied the Shortcode of the menu into a widget and then added the widget to the product page.
    Can you help me please? The plugin seems very usefull and i need it, thanks.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    When you use widget, you should also check the Display Condition of the filter menu. Because if the filter menu is not allowed to show on specific page, but you still drag the widget there, the filters won’t show.

    Regarding the shortcode, it’s not affected by the Display Condition. But the filter only shows on WooCommerce archive page (Shop page, category page), single product page is not an archive page. Filters don’t work there (because we don’t have list of product to filters)
