Product Filter Problem

    We want to use the Woocommerce filter, but we run into 2 problems:
    1) Late loading of filters (Link1)
    2) Impossibility to select filters as ranges when filtering by attributes. Therefore, many filters are displayed.(Link2)

    Do you have any suggestion for solution?

    The issue of late loading of filters could be due to several factors. It may be related to your hosting provider’s server speed, the number of products you have on your site, or potentially some plugin conflicts. To troubleshoot, I would suggest the following steps:

    1. Check your hosting provider’s server response time. It might be worth considering a hosting plan upgrade or switching to a different provider if it’s slow.
    2. Try optimizing your website. This could include reducing the number of products displayed per page, optimizing images, or using a caching plugin.
    3. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. If it resolves, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify any potential conflicts. You can find a more detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.

    For your second concern about the impossibility of selecting filters as ranges when filtering by attributes, WooCommerce by default, doesn’t support this feature. However, there are several plugins available that can add this functionality to your WooCommerce store. One such plugin is ‘WooCommerce Product Filter‘, which allows you to create filter ranges for product attributes.

    Please note that adding new plugins should be done cautiously, as they can sometimes conflict with your existing setup. Always backup your site before making changes, and test new plugins thoroughly before implementing them on your live site.

    Have you tried visiting the page in incognito mode?

    As for selecting more than one attribute, please check if you have activated this feature in the block’s settings first.

    Hi,

    Can you please test the issue of delayed loading of filters through the following link?

    What could be the reason for this late loading?

    That said, please be aware that plugins like FlyingPress, WP Rocket, LSC, and Perfmatters, and more which delay JavaScript loading, may result in similar symptoms. If you have any of these plugins installed, consider temporarily disabling them to see if that makes any difference.
