Thank you for contact here.
We haven’t tested the plugin with the Advanced Ajax Product plugin, so compatibility isn’t guaranteed.
Also, the Product Grid is not compatible with filtering. For product filtering, please use Products – Custom Layouts

Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate your plugin and am considering purchasing it. However, I need to ensure that it can be compatible with the filter plugin.
I have also tested it with products custom layout, but currently, the products only update when the page is refreshed.
please let me know if there is any specific product-selector to hook with ajax filter otherwise hope you can address this in futureI checked, and the filter works fine on the shop page. If the filter data doesn’t load properly, you can take the necessary product selector directly from the source. Source : https://prnt.sc/VhudSw9vrEc9
However, I’m not sure which page you are using the filter on. The best way is to create a support ticket on our website, and our support engineers will assist you directly. When creating the ticket, please also mention the .org support reference.
It’s been over 10 days since I opened this ticket. To prove my intention, I even purchased the plugin so I could reach out to internal support for a solution. However, my replies have been ignored for a week, and the problem still persists.
I expected a smoother and more reliable support process after purchasing the plugin, but the lack of communication is very concerning. Could you please clarify if there is an issue with your support system, or if such delays are considered normal? I do value the plugin, but being left without any assistance for this long is quite disappointing. I kindly ask that this matter be taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration this has caused. Our support center has already contacted you regarding your ticket. Could you please check your inbox for our message?
Also, we encourage you to use our AJAX filter instead of relying on a third-party plugin, as it is optimized for smoother performance.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Thank you for your suggestion and support.
While I understand the benefits of using the built-in AJAX filter, there are certain specific features and customizations that currently require me to rely on a third-party plugin. As I mentioned to internal support earlier, I would be happy to share my thoughts and feedback to help improve it, and I look forward to seeing the built-in option evolve and become more advanced, like most of ShopBuilder’s modules, in the near future.I have been working on this and have already made it compatible. Upon investigation, I found that when switching to RTL mode, the AJAX filter plugin changes the selector, which caused the pagination issue. I have now made the selector more specific, and this should resolve the problem.
Please check your website again. As this involves a third-party plugin, your cooperation will help us address such issues more effectively. If you continue to experience any problems, please share the details with us through our support center. Our development team will make every effort to resolve the issue with full dedication.
Thank you very much for your careful review and resolution of this issue. I truly appreciate you and your responsible team, and I hope to see this plugin progress toward perfection.
