Well, I just tried it on my end and it seems working fine. You can use the style tab for basic styling as well. You would find most of the necessary styling there. Yet, if you want to add custom CSS you would need to pick the right class. You can check the following CSS:
.eael-product-grid ul li img {
height: 250px !important;
}
If you share your page link and any specific styling then I will help you out to pick the right class for your CSS.
