I am not sure what you mean, however there are several options available to control this.
Specifically the Polylang admin menu “Languages, Settings” Synchronisation section values for Featured image also controls the product image.
If you actually need different images by language again this is under Polylang, Languages Settings, Media option. (I don’t recommend this as it’s a lot of work to maintain different versions of all images by language, a better idea is just put different language images in the product description just for those images which need to be different).
Please note the official release 1.0 supporting WooCommerce3 is now out.
