This is most likely a problem with your theme – the best way to check is to temporarily switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme and see if it’s still happening. Can you please let us know?

So to a followup, and I may need to create a new post.
Using “inspect element”, I can see the “post-thumbnail” function. It looks like it publishes this way on all post, including news feed and woocommerce products.
2 part question:
Can I fix this myself? Or does anyone recommend a company that I can pay to fix this hopefully simple issue?

That sounds like a conflict in how the theme is built. If you know how to fix the template pages, you may be able to fix it on your own. Or, the theme developer may be able to fix it for you.

So that is probably my problem. The template is not an original a “Woocommerce” theme, so I may need to get someone to help me.
I did attempt to remove it from the theme from broke the site.
