Product information missing

    Hey there!

    I have an issue that started randomly it seemed with the PDF packing slips plugin.

    Previously, product names and even images were implemented correctly. Now, after some updates and a checkout tool change, suddenly, they do not appear on the invoice or packing slip PDf’s.

    I thought maybe this was due to a plugin, because i have not changed my working template file whatsoever. But even older working orders are now not working anymore and i really do not know where to begin looking for a solution.

    anyone out there that can help? I would appreciate it a lot!

    Hi @whimsicalcodingman,

    Do you have been using a custom template? If so, maybe it switched to the default one: Simple.

    Could you take a look at WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template and let me know what is your current selected template, and if there are more than one available options?
