Hello @structuralexpert
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Can you please let me know that what is the type of Product which you are trying to select in the backend of the Checkout page of CartFlows?
Also, are there any JS errors in the browser’s console tab? If yes, then can you share the screenshot of it so that I can get more idea of it.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your response. I’m trying to assign a course as a product.
I think the main reason is that there is no checkout layout in woocommerce.
because Cartflows 1.1.5, has these futures, but in the new version, there is something called global checkout. I’m not sure if I should assign the product as a global in a new chart flow version.
Please note that I use Divi as a builder page
There are no errors show up.
Thank you
Hello @structuralexpert
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
First, are you using the 1.1.5 version on your website? If yes, then I would suggest you update it to the latest version.
On the same note, in the CartFlows, we have a feature where you can easily select the Course product on the checkout page as well as you can redirect the user to the CartFlows checkout page from the course’s page.
Here is the article which will help you to redirect it.
Also, you can use the Global Checkout as well as an individual checkout page to sell the course product from the CartFlows Checkout page.
Here is the video link which will help you to setup the course to sell it with the CartFlows.
I hope this helps you.
Please let me know how it goes.
