@kabummmm
Can you share a screenshot of the issue via https://imgbb.com or https://snipboard.io to better understand your concerns?
sure, the following two pictures are from the same product export xlsx.
Here the attributes are missing:
https://ibb.co/DrmfHnx
Here the attributes are there:
https://ibb.co/HCkh6fR
In the export file most of my products are like the first version, the attributes are missing. I would like to see the attributes for all my products.
Hi @kabummmm
Thank you for the screenshots.
Could you provide us with the URL of one or more products presenting this issue, so we can take a look?
Best,
Hi Berg,
Sure, these two follwing liks where the problem occures, so i can’t see the attributes when I export the products:
https://smartwatcherz.hu/termek/apple-watch-szilikon-szij/
https://smartwatcherz.hu/termek/apple-watch-milanoi-szij/
These two are okay, when I export, the attributes of the variant are behind the product name:
https://smartwatcherz.hu/termek/apple-watch-szovet-szij/
https://smartwatcherz.hu/termek/apple-watch-szilikon-tok/
I can’t see any difference between the product pages nor on the front end and nor in the back end, so I don’t know what makes the difference.
Kind regards,
Balint
Hi @kabummmm
Can you temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce, switch to the Storefront theme, and export products to see if that makes a difference?
If the issue persists, please send the CSV so we can take a look. You can use an online fileshare like Google Drive, Drobox, etc.
Also, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Hi @maykato
Here I share with you the csv and the system report:
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1lQ9vPO2ThRf0_nVtXQTZlDvsfQMWdKzS?usp=sharing
Now I find the difference between the produts in the csv file:
https://ibb.co/LZYkn0N
On the picture the products above are the correct ones and below are the wrong ones, but you will see them in the csv also.
Hi @kabummmm
Thanks for sending these over.
For some reason the screenshot link isn’t opening. Can you please re-send?
WC Version: 6.0.0
Before we check the CSV in detail can you please update your WooCommerce version and let us know if you are still experiencing the same issue? The current one is not up to date. Here’s a helpful guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/
Hi @margaretwporg
I have updated woocommerce now but the problem still exist.
This is the photo what can’t be open, I have uploaded to an other site:

Hi @kabummmm
If I understood you correctly, you’re trying to export your products to create a Google Feed to be added on Google Shopping, isn’t it?
If so, there are several required categories your Google Product should include, and then you’ll need to convert your file into plain text (.txt) or .XML
You can read more details about it in this Google article:
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/2364758?visit_id=637810740867455090-2347429300&rd=1
Alternatively, you can use an extension that automatically creates and syncs a feed to Google.
As an extension, you can try Google Product Feed for example!
If this is not exactly what you’re looking for, no worries! Share more details of what you’re trying to achieve, and we’d love to take a look at it again!
My very best!
hi @chiape
The exact problem is that I have started using a fullfilment service and I have to import my products to their system. After the import most of the products in their system are just “product name” and no attributes after the product name, so they can’t see the difference between the product variations. Somehow some of my products works correctly and when i import them they are like “product name – attribute1,attribute2”.
I would like that when i export a my products every of them look like “product name – attribute1,attribute2”
Best

Hey @kabummmm,
Are you able to share with us a CSV with Column Names in English that follow proper CSV columns and formatting as outlined here?
https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/wiki/Product-CSV-Import-Schema#csv-columns-and-formatting
Your columns names are translated and the fields are not automatically mapped when I’m importing the CSV, so I’m not really able to test your file and check what may be causing this issue.

Thanks.
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as closed – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
