Hi there!
Just to make sure we’re on the same page, can you send me a screenshot of that product page? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this thread. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Ross

Hi again!
Thanks for sending that info over to us. This is typically due to one of two things:
First, head up to the screen options tab in the top right corner of that screen. Try deselecting a few of the options and see if the names show correctly; this issue can be caused by too many screen options being selected.
If that doesn’t do the trick, I’d suggest checking to see if anything is conflicting with WooCommerce. To test, first, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
Best,
Ross
OMG thank you SO much! The screen options did the trick.
