Product not posted error

    Hi,

    When we add a product we’re getting an email with the following error:

    Dear user,
    Your product ID 332 not posted on facebook due to following reason.
    (#803) Some of the aliases you requested do not exist: null

    The product does appear to have posted to Facebook OK, have we done something wrong?

    Hi,

    It looks issue in your page id which is ‘Seasons-of-Colour-575679689212523’
    Your actual page id is 575679689212523
    You can try with proper page name like SeasonsofColour or just facebook.com/575679689212523

    But nothing to worry about. We will resolve it in next version 🙂
